The doctor was wonderful. Front desk staff & manager were by far the most unprofessional group of people I’ve encountered at a medical practice. It’s January 2021 in the midst of covid. The front desk staff insisted I stay in their dirty (literal) waiting area with my 2 small children vs waiting in the vehicle and returning to retrieve the person receiving a procedure; in turn possibly exposing 3 more people than necessary. While waiting in the waiting area other patients were in & out masks not on properly. One lady at the front desk constantly sprayed some form of disinfectant on her personal items but clearly didn’t bother with the rest of the practice. I’d recommend finding a practice that is following CDC guidelines and doing their best to keep people socially distanced vs crowding them into a waiting area. The lady at the front desk also couldn’t tell me why I must remain in the waiting area other than it’s policy..... Good luck!
