Dr Pilar is helping me get my life back together after having many unpleasant symptoms from tmj for many years. After my visit and getting my orthotic mouthpiece I can walk and exercise and just live my life better than before because I was helpless than. I went to two other oral surgeons before but they were not tmj specialists and i was getting worse with their advice and they even suggested surgery which im glad i didn't do. Dr Pilar got me into my appointment and had my mouthpiece made in less than a a week. I highly recommend him. I had ear pain, brain fog, dizziness, vertigo, nausea, numbness in hands, headache and general feeling of not feeling well, jaw pain, clenching, muscle spams in neck and the list goes on. I am feeling better and it's been just a couple of weeks. Every day a little better and sleep throughout the night now . He's patient and so knowledgeable he listens and is just a very pleasant and caring person. I cannot thank him enough. I am forever grateful
