Great bedside manner, very professional, and good communicator

Not a good one, my dad, age 99, with dementia, was in ER, in terrible pain and thrashing his legs constantly. Dr came breezing in, said his lab tests were good, also said a bladder scan had been done...it hadn't. Upon demanding that one be done, a catheter was immediately placed and 950 CC's of urine came out. Dad's primary doctor (who I called personally) had him admitted, more blood work ordered and also discovered an under active thyroid.
