FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! Dr Perrino would have let me die because he wasn't willing to listen! He ordered a CT scan and I was told that he saw nothing on it. I was having extreme abdominal pain every time I tried to eat, and hadn't actuality eaten solid food in over 3 weeks at this point! After the CT scan where he found nothing, he wanted to schedule some other test in 3 more weeks! At my wits end, a friend recommended another dr in Atlanta. I called her office, and she said bring the ct scan results and come immediately! Upon looking at the results, she instantly saw a problem and said that I could not try to eat again until I had an ERCP; a procedure to go into bile ducts and pancreas. My common bile duct was 3 TIMES TOO LARGE AND HE DIDN'T SEE IT!! My duct was completely blocked and every time I tried to eat my PANCREAS WAS DIGESTING ITSELF! I asked her how another doctor could have missed this, and she had no good answer! He refused to listen when I had suggested that I f
