Dr. Terranova is perhaps the most rude and unprofessional doctor my family has ever dealt with. In one case he refused several times to share medical records with my son’s school and it took multiple attempts and my wife and the school nurse had to practically beg him. On 2 other occasions, he was unnecessarily and intentionally rude and condescending bc my wife suggested what she thought might be wrong with our kids. “You’re not a doctor, so you don’t know what you are talking about!” I work for a large healthcare provider and for 3 years worked in provider service doing phone audits, spot checks on offices, etc. This is definitely not the norm in my experience and I will not be letting this go after the latest transgression. There is no need to treat people this way, if you’re that miserable with your position; please find a new job. p.s. this is NOT an “internet troll”, but rather a frustrated and angry dad. If I could vote 0 stars I would.
