Dr is good, nurses are great but they are far behind on billing. Paid bill up two months prior in 2023 and wouldn’t give 8 year old Allergy shot until I spoke with billing. They stated I owed for a bill in the previous year even though my account was paid in full two months prior. I asked to speak with billing manager and she stated that it was a problem with Aetna. When I explained the bills can from her office she stated she was behind and Dr was aware of it. When I asked to speak with her superior she stated that no one was above her, just the Drs. I asked her to have one of the Dr contact him then and she stated they wouldn’t. They did let my daughter have her shot then asked if I was going to pay the bill that day. I again asked her to have the Dr contact me as she said he wouldn’t. I left an email on their site for Dr to contact me. Next day same lady called stating the Dr. Told her that is what she is being paid for.
