This office advertised an in-network, but that is not true. The never told me the fees and went and billed my insurance for $889 for a simple cleaning and x-rays. Now they will not even release the x-rays to me after eating up the majority of my dental insurance for the year. Why would they advertise as in-network if it is not true? I am terribly unhappy with the service here. They had me hold for 21 minutes, disconnected and now are avoiding my calls. I want them to revise their billing to a reasonable rate and release my x-rays for which they charged a previously undisclosed hefty fee.
