The attention to the details that are important to me as a patient was over the top superb by every staff member on his staff ...truly! From the front administrative staff to the medical staff in the back I probably encountered over 12 people taking care of me and my knee. It appears everyone knew 'and loved' their roll in the practice. And everyone seemed to be happy. Never once felt slighted by Doc Berend his PA, or any of the rest of his medical staff. I called multiple times following surgery (probably because I am a bit 'anal'. Every time within a day, many time within an hour, I got a call back with answers to my questions. Love my new knee. Thank you.
