Dr. Eidelman at Chelsea Skin and Laser is the best. So kind, patient and a talented doctor. The staff is great and always on makes me feel welcomed. Even the billing department is terrific. My insurance company made a mistake, the billing department caught it, fixed it and issued me a refund all before I knew anything went wrong.
