I have been in therapy with Michael Solinski once a week through telehealth for about 8 months, for acute generalized anxiety disorder. I used to believe that therapy was a waste of time, but since I have been speaking with Michael I have seen major improvements in my coping and functioning skills . I have seen many therapists over the past twenty years, but Michael Solinski is the only one that has impacted my life for the better. If you are struggling be patient, it takes time.
