I do not like when health providers cannot be straightforward, especially when it comes to insurance. My issue with Dr. Epstein is that when I first came to him, he told me that my teeth could be fixed and was treatable. He also told me that my insurance would cover none of it. I still ask him to put in a request because maybe my insurance might cover it while the sedation and a couple of other things weren’t covered. I knew my insurance would cover the rest. He spent four weeks, playing with my authorizations then when he finally decided to put it in, it had been accepted only this time he doesn’t see any value in fixing my teeth , I don’t know which one is worse him or his office manager that set up appointments and then cancels or the fact that they just wanted me to pay $10,000. Do yourself a favor do not go this dentist.
