AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Everyone that works here is supremely incompetent from the office staff who incorrectly submit insurance claims to the dental staff who are unable to complete simple procedures. I had a half crown installed here that only lasted three months. This is a routine procedure and their inability to properly install a crown demonstrates that they cannot adequately resolve the issue. I am too angry to return to this office to get the crown fixed and believe my experience thus far shows that their solutions are not long-term, requiring multiple visits and are costly. When I attempted to get a refund for the cubic zirconium that is literally no longer in my mouth I was refused and told that I should return to their office to get it fixed and wouldn’t have to pay anything. Why in the world would I do that? Lena, the receptionist, had the gall to imply that it was my fault that the crown was not staying in my mouth.
