I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor and staff. I arrived one minute past my appointment time, exactly one minute, and was refused care entirely. I preface by mentioning that I did in fact call the clinic to give them courtesy that I was running late, to which they assured me all was well and I can still be seen. When I arrived, there was no attempt to listen, no flexibility, and no effort to address my concerns. I found the approach unprofessional and lacking compassion. The staff tried to make a claim about late appointments without having any proof in the policy to show. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.
