The dentist and hygienists have been great, unfortunately the office staff is unreasonable. I was scheduled for a third cleaning in 1 yr - a mistake on their end. Insurance rejected. I left multiple voicemail and messages with staff, but office manager never called back over a period of weeks. When I finally got the office manager I was told they are not responsible and this was my problem not theirs, despite admitting that they made a mistake. My family of four will go elsewhere.
