I have been under Dr. Kagan's care for over 12 years as a veteran. I have had nothing but great interactions with himself and his staff. A very honest person and a no nonsense attitude when it comes to my health which I truly appreciate. If I have a question or a need, they get back with me in a timely manner. It also helps he has a great sense of humor. Great doctor and great person.

Dr Kagan has been my VA primary care for almost 10years. He is always thorough, always asks about my family and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Kagan is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of working with regarding my care. What I appreciate most is that he actually listens. I never feel rushed, and he does a fantastic job of addressing any concerns I have. He takes a real interest in my total well-being, and takes the time to explain things when discussing conditions and treatments. He really looks at the whole picture and is extremely thorough with following up on tests and labs. He's even made helpful recommendations regarding the health of my family members when it's come up in our discussions. It's clear he has my best interest at heart and I have complete confidence in his care.

My Experience with Dr. Kagan was very professional, I have been one of his patience now for over ten years and because of Dr. Kagan I'm no longer a prediabetic, my blood pressure has came down tremendously its now stable, my cholesterol is also stable, and because of Dr. Kagan my overall health is in really good condition because I listen and follow his diagnosis; I'm 57 years old, and I still fell like I'm in my twenties.
