He's arrogant and unprofessional! 1. The whole invisalign process is false advertising. He claims that he's on the "board" and that's why he can give you a good price, but the truth is, is that he's not the one who works on your teeth. You see him on your LAST visit and the people working on your teeth who are never the same and you don't know their qualifications get other people to "check" their work. 2. I told him after my buttons were removed that I thought 2 teeth could have been straighter and he said I don't see what you're talking about and literally walked out of the room never even looking at what I was talking about. I have also noticed that the spaces they filed in between my teeth are still very much there. At my last appointment I brought it up again, this time he looked at what I was talking about and agreed with me, but if I wanted it fixed it would be another $800 I called invisalign and made a formal complaint.
