Patient Reviews
Jun 17, 2025
Dr. Harrison himself is great. Very caring, knowledgable, makes you feel like it is a conversation about your health rather than a directive. However, his staff are very difficult to deal with. Even when you have a potentially urgent issue, or are in debilitating pain that is NOT normal post op, it is impossible to get a timely or compassionate response from most of them. Pre-op communication was minimal. Most calls were not responded to. Post op visits were primarily with a PA who knows zero about you, didn't do your actual surgery, and clearly didn't read your chart. You are treated like a number rather than a patient who deserves timely communication and empathy when you are in the worst pain of your life. The best response I've gotten is calling after hours and getting the answering service who can then in turn get the on call provider for you. Otherwise, no one is getting back to you.
