i went in for a knee injury and was trying to explain how i feel and my pain. scarcella cut me off and said “most people dont even know they tore this.” i can currently feel the pain from this injury so obviously i do and stating that doesnt make sense. he recommended a brace to help with instability and made every question feel like there was a right or wrong way to answer. i left his office and cried because i felt like all her cared about was getting paid for the appointment.
