My first encounter with Dr. Kam was in 2012 in the hospital and I was pleased with him and the way he cared for his patients. His office staff at that time were very pleasant and easy to talk to. However, lately he has become rushed during his office visits and the fact that you have to wait close to an hour (55 mins) just to get into an exam room and then wait another 10-15 mins there. When Dr. Kam does come in he is so rushed that it seems like he doesn't listen closely to what the problem is. This isn't the way he was at first and I liked that he didn't seem so rushed back in 2012, but now, I just don't know if I will want to go back. He's a good doctor but too may patients now and way too rushed for my liking. Some of the individuals on his office staff are not friendly and I try and avoid them if I can, but that's another issue. I liked the office that he used to be in as it wasn't as cramped as this newer office. He also schedules way too many patients in an hour.
