Plattsburgh NY is very fortunate to have Dr Kosters! My PCP recently suggested I see a pulmonologist to have a repeat PFT, and that is when I met Dr Kosters. He was like a breath of fresh air. He asked about my history,he listened very attentively, and he explained things to me in a way that answered all my concerns. He is very personable, he is an excellent listener and communicator, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my pulmonologist.
