Dr Fernandez performed surgery on the vertebrae in my neck. If it was not for the small incision, I would have been unaware that he had performed the surgery. There was never any pain or discomfort. He explained the procedure very well, and was available for follow up questions. You can feel at ease to select him for your medical needs.
