I accompanied my daughter-in-law to have a consultation for getting dentures. The doctor and his nurse were fine very helpful and then we started talking about the cost of the procedures. The receptionist in the front office was the rudest most obnoxious woman that I have ever met in my life. I was trying to get specific information and she could not shut her mouth Long enough to hear the questions that I was asking. The dental assistant was sitting in the room and when I went to ask her questions, the receptionist told her to ignore us that we weren’t going to do anything anyway. This dental office is not affiliated with any insurance companies, and therefore you must pay upfront and then they will file the insurance for you. We left the office and I went back in to talk to the doctor and I was told He is seeing patients and I ask if he had any time for today she said no he doesn’t then I asked to have the dr call me and she said HE WON’T. Just don’t go here
