From the moment I got there until I left, I was completely clueless. My original treatment plan stated 6 cavity starts. Small stains on my lower teeth. They worked on 3 teeth. Charged twice for each tooth? Then asked for 82 dollars out of pocket for another tooth not covered. I said, no, just fix the ones covered. Dentist agreed to fix all small spots for nothing out of pocket. Never did really see what spots he was talking about. But he worked on the 3 teeth. I did not get to see the work before or after. Then got to the front desk, and they asked for 82 dollars. I explained what the dr said. They did not believe me. I waited for them to discuss with the dr. But instead, they kept changing the billing person, and they kept asking for the 82 dollars. I have been taking classes on how to breathe through such situations. I just kept smiling and reminding them, that I never signed off on the 82 dollars. The third billing lady said to me, you’re not going anywhere….
