AVOID. Terrible medical experience. No follow up, non caring, absent, unavailable. One of the primary issues that I must bring to your attention is the negligence shown by the hospital staff in managing my pain effectively. As someone suffering from a ruptured appendix, I was in excruciating pain and required immediate relief. However, there were significant delays in administering appropriate pain management medications, which caused me unnecessary suffering for hours during my time in the hospital. Moreover, I am deeply concerned about the delay in getting me into surgery for my ruptured appendix. Time is of the essence in cases like these, and any delays can lead to serious complications and prolonged suffering for me as a patient … and I am still now dealing with the complications from these delays. It is unacceptable that I had to endure so many delays in receiving the surgical intervention I urgently needed.
