Dr Wydila is great and gives thorough care. He connects with and cares about patients. That being said, I often have to wait a long time to be seen. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes one day while I could hear him chatting to multiple different people in the office and on the phone. This is disrespectful to those that have made appointments and shown up on time. Also, the Glasgow/Bear office is often closed. There are two days you can go to get shots… and sometimes they are closed for both days. I have shown up twice so far to a locked door and no lights on. Staff has been fine for me.
