This office requires a $30 co-payment in cash or check before you can be seen by the doctor. I was seen twice in this office and paid the co-payment both times. The office staff sent me a bill for a co-payment I already paid. When I sent a copy of the cancelled check proving this payment, they sent another bill for a different date that I also paid. They then sent me to collection for $30. Be careful - the office staff must be keeping payments. Do not pay in cash even if they ask you to.
