Patient Reviews

I had some issues (Non Ischemic Heart Attack) while out of state, I was advised to see him immediately upon return to MS. I returned the second week of September and called for an appointment. Even after explaining the situation the earliest appointment was not until February. I kept pushing and ended up seeing his NP on three occasions - each time receiving an EKG or an Echo. The final straw was when I went into distress on my last visit with an NP - she said get to the hospital ER now. I was hospitalized for 3 days and saw Dr Payment only once, he recommended I wear a monitor for 30 days. I did the follow up 32 days after the hospitalization and he never showed in the exam room. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment and waited another 1 hour and 35 minutes in the exam room. I had an appointment with another doctor and explained I had to leave. After the I have heard nothing but crickets from him and his office. I have yet to get any results from the monitor.
