Dr Pendola helped me through the most debilitating pain. Months of pain starting in March. Long wait times due to policies and procedures with referrals and insurance. The referral, typical and understandable the rest not so much. I was in his office for a surgery consult end of May. He listened to my ideas, and after the exam he came up with a surgery plan to help. Due to insurance issues with BS&W & BCBS at the time- My surgery took place on July 1st. I just had my two week post op appointment today (July 17th) and Im doing great! I have my life back, and now a wonderful doctor if more problems arise in the future. Dr Pendola is attentive, easy to talk and a great physician. I would recommend him to anyone needing a colorectal surgeon. The five stars are all for Dr Pendola the process and non transparency of the facility wouldn’t get so many. What was going on at the time is not an everyday occurrence. I hope the insurance agreement is met soon as to not hold up necessary treatment.
