Kind and very understanding .... Superb professional ! I have not visited Dr. Perlman's office in a long time .. his approach to his practice has been so valuable to me .. My not having had the needs of his talents and skills for many years, I can't contribute meaningful 'Star Ratings' .. so I'll omit that part of this contribution to your digital system. THANK you, Dr. Perlman !!!
