I had a pain and bleeding on my gum.He told me I had an infection and needed surgery to clean up the infected bone but submitted the request for crown lengthening for 4 tooth to the insurance. Completely wrong request. After waiting for 2 months it was declined.He wanted me to pay around 3000$ out of my pocket. After speaking to the insurance I am glad i discovered the truth. The insurance asked for the narrative which he is not providing. I can’t risk my health and trust that guy!!! I ll never go to 5th avenue Dentists office in Bay Ridge any more.
