I went to see Dr Conti Mica for severe back pain after spinal cord stimulator implant. He never even looked at my back. Said he wants to start with an xray, then CT and physical therapy. He quickly had his hand on the door as I was still asking questions. Answered one question with the door opened and ran out. I went to front desk, staff gave me the written form for pt. Said the will contact the location for the CT. I said he wanted to start with xray. He didn’t leave the order for the xray. He had to step out…it was lunch time. The asst said he would call me back that afternoon. No call. I called them 3 times, no answer. I went there on Friday and Monday and office was closed. Its been a month and I never heard from them and CT or xray was never ordered. Very uncaring dr who puts lunch before a patient!
