I received an epidural from Dr. Gutkin which resulted in headaches, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness afterward. I called his office to explain what happened and ask for guidance from Dr. Gutkin (as he was my physician) on how to address his treatment side affects. I reached a contact center scheduler, not medical personnel. They shared that it wasn't possible to reach any medical personnel but they would send a note to Dr. Gutkin and I would receive a call back within 24 hours. At the end of the day, a scheduler, not medical personnel, called me back. They called to pass on from Dr. Gutkin that it wasn't in the scope of their practice to address adverse side affects from his treatments and suggested I might consider an urgent care clinic. They wished me luck and said there was nothing else they could do. I don't think I've ever had a doctor that simply didn't care about the impacts of their treatments. It was strange and terrible.
