Had a very bad experience at this office by Patricia the Nurse Practitioner. She was extremely rude to me when I asked to have a referral to the Urologist for bladder/kidney issues. She basically told me that they do not care about my issues and gave no advice to help. Her demeanor was extremely unproffessional and rude during our appointment. I was just trying to understand why she said I needed a referral to urology and then told receptionist that I do not need it later. I asked to see her so I could understand and she came in the appointment like she was in a street fight with a total rude and aggressive attitude. I would never recommend this office to anyone and would give it zero stars if I could. I immediately changed my doctor and made a complaint to the nursing board regarding her behavior.
