Patient Reviews
Oct 08, 2021
I felt like my condition and pain were extremely minimized. I am not afraid to advocate for myself but I kept getting brushed off by Dr. Stanton I'm guessing because whatever is wrong wasn't caused by a traumatic event (so harder to diagnose) but my pain level is not manageable and I am having trouble performing my job and basic locomotion. Was recommended PT with not even a guess of what was wrong. The physical exam lasted 2-3 mins tops. It was not a good experience and I am seeking a second opinion. Seems based on other reviews Dr Stanton does well if it's a sports-related injury but if it is something harder to diagnose he doesn't try. I'm giving a 2 because he did take some time to go over anti-inflammatory medication with me in a thoughtful way but that was the only positive part of the interaction and only occurred after I kept advocating to get more info.
