I waited over a month for an appointment with Dr. Sternthal, he's been my doctor for over 5 years. When I arrived, the front desk staff was rude and insisted on collecting the copay before I even saw the doctor. When I offered to pay in cash, the office manager came out and insisted that I needed to pay in full immediately and chastised me for not having a credit card to pay the full copay ... before I even saw the doctor. In the end, they effortlessly cancelled my appointment and I left the office without the healthcare I needed ... because of $75 ... This office puts money far ahead of patient care or compassion. I've always promptly paid any fees and costs incurred and I never carried a balance ... I was a patient for over five years ... but I'm a patient no more.
