I came in with a simple problem, and he volunteered that his sister was better at diagnosing that than he is. That response did not fill me with faith in his abilities. He was low on eye contact and low on followup information. He was quick to leave the office. He is a self-confessed germaphobe and does not shake hands, which is to be respected. Poor listener. Perhaps does not like to have to answer questions from patients. I had to ask followup questions so I could get the information I needed to care for the problem for which I came.
