At every step of the way Dr. Havig explains what needs to be done and why. He patiently answers questions. His staff is very competent also. I learn something new every time I interface with him or his staff. It’s important to have confidence when you are faced with surgery and he made me feel secure in his knowledge and ability. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.
