My mother fell while working as a courier and had to be taken by ambulance to Schneck Emergency Room. She was left in a room with no call light or access to call for help if needed. I drove over an hour to get there and she still had not been treated and no tests run. She clearly had trauma to her face and should have had a CT scan right away. When Dr Taylor finally came to see her he was condescending and rude when asked questions by myself. His bedside manner was atrocious and unacceptable. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to be seen there if at all possible. Very very dissatisfied with the care my mother received, or the lack thereof! I would not even give one star!
