I was very dissapointed in my consultation. I am a cleft patient and have underwent several surgeries since birth. I need one additional minor surgery and was confident in this doctor because he is familiar with cleft patients. However, upon entering the room, he told me I'd never be able to "look normal" and that it would be pointless to try. I found his demeanor and discussion very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this surgeon for any procedures.
