Dr Couch was a self centered arrogant ,innefectial a hole. Didnt have my best interest as a concern, put me out of work for 3 months, for a stupid CPAP machine .I almost had lost my job because of his unwilling to show any compassion,for circumstances which were completely out of my control. I wouldn't recommend this doctor for any type of care. He is a corporate fool who doesn't care about his patients who are forced to see him thru Concentra..
