Had Dr. Lake when I was in ICU with Covid -19. He made small talk for a few minutes to calm me down and then in each visit he repeated that recovery would be a long game and that I shouldn't worry if I had setbacks. It was super important to have that reinforced. And he was right. I am now halfway there and have learned to stress less about hiccups in the recovery process.....
