He's uncaring and more concerned with his hurt feelings than his patients health needs. He doesn't listen to or understand his patients concerns. He isn't clear with his diagnosis and is lackadaisical with his attitude towards his patients bladder cancer needs. My sister trusted him with her life and he didn't deserve her trust.
