After reading the reviews already out there, I was very nervous when Dr. Ruff became the oncologist I was scheduled to see. After weeks of trying to get an appointment with anyone else, i decided that I would give him a chance…literally didn’t have any other options. After meeting with him, I wish I wouldn’t have. As other reviews mentioned, he didn’t give us the time of day, he honestly didn’t even give us ANY information at all. When I asked something of him, he pretty much just blew it off. As a cancer patient, I left feeling extremely frustrated, discouraged, and scared that he was supposed to be the one making life decisions in my behalf…NO THANK YOU! I will be changing doctors and warning everyone not to go to an appt with him. No one should ever leave an appt feeling like that.
