I can't believe the standard of medical care has DROPPED SO LOW. I waited 6 hours in the ER for a miscarriage to be visited my Dr Seftchick at a crisp 3AM. He came in not only not having read my chart, knowing anything about my condition, or having spoken to anyone about what I had come in for BUT ALSO had decided ahead of time that he already knew everything about my case. He came in and told us that we had never in fact been pregnant, that most likely we had an ectopic pregnancy, and the fetus was never viable. He kept saying IF you were in fact pregnant, IF this was a real pregnancy, IF IF IF. Until i stoped him to say 'why do you keep saying IF, as IF you know anything about our background'. I relayed to him that we WERE in fact pregnant through a fertility clinic which had been confirmed through three separate ultrasounds. He asked, 'do you have those ultrasounds?' as if to prove it, WHICH WE DID. He took a look and reversed his previous statements and simply LEFT AFTER 10 MIN.
