Late in the afternoon two days before Christmas, my husband who was recovering from Covid, suddenly lost his hearing. It was very frightening to experience total and complete silence. Although ENT Associates was making preparations to close their office for the long holiday weekend, Leslie, his receptionist, answered the phone and Dr. Zoller said he would wait for us to come immediately to his office. Dr. Zoller's nurse, Danielle, and Dr. Katy Laws, Audiologist also stayed. For the next two hours after we arrived, they ran tests and did various procedures to diagnosed that the Covid infection had damaged nerves in my husband's middle ear. Their evident concern and compassion was both heart warming and reassuring. It also made it possible to start the necessary medications immediately instead of delaying the start of treatment until after the four day holiday weekend. We were deeply touched to receive a phone call from Dr. Zoller on Christmas Day to see how he was and to be sure we were following up with his recommended at home procedures. Dr. Zoller and Dr. Daniel at ENT Associates have continued with follow up treatment. I appreciate the careful way the medical conditions are explained and the time and attention we are given. While the condition will take time and patience to deal with, we know that my husband is receiving the very best of care. Thank you, Ann Koontz

I have have several dizziness for 2 weeks and got in the see Dr.Zoller this morning. Thank God he and Dr. Dean (training with Dr.Zoller) we’re able to see me. I am a nurse and have known Dr. Zoller for 30 plus years and he has been a sweet, compassionate, caring and extremely knowledge doctor for the entire time I have known him. He knew exactly was was wrong immediately and treated me in a flash! From Tosha, Michelle and Saidah to everyone one ai had contact with and I am sorry but 2 other ladies I had dealing with, were absolute angels!! I would recommend them wholeheartedly!! If you impatient and leav before being seen, you have done yourself a grave disservice!! Quality medical care should never be rushed!!
