Dr. Phipps is a caring doctor, she also takes her patients health and concerns very serious. She listens to you when you speak about your health concerns & she jumps into action. Her Bedside manners is very pleasant. If you are looking for a good caring doctor well i would definitely recommend Dr. Phipps.
