Dr. Tartaglia was my first ever OBGYN that i went to as a teen. She made me feel so comfortable as it was not exactly my favorite place to go. She kept me informed with everything going on with my body, answered all my "stupid" questions, and I always felt confident leaving her office that i knew exactly what and why everything was happening to my body. She really cares about her patients. She is the best Doctor i have ever had and i will continue to see her at her new office in Newark, Delaware
