I waited two and a half hours to see the physician. I had an ultrasound that day and a minor procedure scheduled with her Friday. It was obvious my chart wasn’t reviewed as she didn’t remember me or why she ordered these. One issue was addressed and then she left to get samples and never came back. I expect better both clinically and professionally.
