Seeing doctor Naylor was the most humiliating experience with a physician in my life. My concerns were dismissed outright. I was told, "if snot is making you gag then you need to see a neurologist not an ENT because you have the worlds most sensitive gag reflex". Ultimately she did nothing to help me and made me feel like I was stupid for seeing her when I had been referred by my primary after explaining my symptoms.
