waited about an hour and a half, when she came in she was clearly in a bad mood- I felt rushed out, there was zero compassion or interest in my dry eye issue

made an appointment to for an exam to get a laser procedure for floaters. I even asked on the phone and was told that they did this procedure so I made an appointment. After an interminably long wait I went in for an extremely arduous and long and expensive eye exam. Again I waited with my eyes dilated for a long period of time only to have her come in and tell me they don’t do this procedure there and they never have….. So I then proceed to check out and submit my insurance information and was told my bill was paid in full. A few weeks later I started getting bill after bill mailed to my home demanding fifty more dollars! I called several times and told them not only did I not appreciate being lied to and torture'd and having my time wasted for nothing but that they had some nerve after scamming my medical insurance out of money to demand more money from me.. What did they do? They reported me to the credit bureau ! Now I get harassed at least fifteen times a week by bill collectors so Dr Patel can get her pound of flesh. Do not use her services. You will get scammed. Your insurance will get scammed. And you will walk away much much worse for having entered her office. Beware.
